Please visit the original dealership where you purchased the bicycle and provide one of the following pieces of information for warranty assessment (warranty card, purchase invoice, warranty document). We will then handle the repair and related matters for you. -
Warranty Service
After purchasing the electric-assisted bicycle at the dealership, you will receive a "Google Warranty Form Link" from the dealership. Click the link, fill in the information, and submit it to complete the warranty registration.

Warranty Service
After purchase, please make sure to have the warranty card inside the bicycle light stamped by the dealership to complete the warranty registration. Even for online buyers, please keep this warranty card.
